At Faryta, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any accompanying materials.
  • Show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration

All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact us at CONTACT@FARYTA.COM within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at CONTACT@FARYTA.COM with your order number and photos of the item.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
